Several roadmaps are defined and available for a Business Analysis engagement:

  • BA-RUP: Business Analysis _ Software Development with Rational Unified Process; A BA engagement that is followed by software development using RUP;
  • BA-EAC: Business Analysis - Enterprise Application Consulting; A BA engagement that is followed by Package Implementation;
  • BA-Package Selection; A BA engagement that is followed by selection of a package;
  • BA-Process Improvement; A BA engagement that includes process
improvement.
